From Costco Shelves to My Table: Steak Strips and Turkey Jerky

I purchased Kirkland's steak strips and turkey Jerky from Costco. The steak strips taste better as they are tender and have a moderate sweetness. The beef has no fishy smell, but some have tendons. I have tried other brands, and their beef strips have a fishy odor and a more robust flavor. On the other hand, some of the turkey jerky is firmer and has a mild sweetness. Both are good snack options.
