查爾斯·路德維哥·道奇森 Charles Lutwidge Dodgson，19世紀英國作家，筆名路易斯·卡羅 Lewis Carroll，以《愛麗絲漫遊仙境》、《愛麗絲鏡中奇遇記》兩本童話詩歌而名揚四海。愛麗絲的故事不斷被翻拍成電影，吸引了無數成人和兒童。然而，如同許多童話故事一樣，這些故事的內涵其實一點都不天真，而是充滿了恐怖。
而卡羅本人和愛麗絲的原型人物愛麗絲·利黛爾 Alice Liddell 之間的友誼，要是放在今天的西方世界裏，恐怕就不僅僅是招人眼球了。他給愛麗絲和她的兩個姐姐拍的那些照片，要是在今天登在網上，國家兒童保護局的人恐怕會在第一時間去敲他的門。

《愛麗絲鏡中奇遇記》裏的一首寓言詩《海象與木匠》 The Walrus and the Carpenter，貌似天真，但仔細揣摩一下其中內容，小牡蠣們的好奇和輕信，對比海象和木匠的猥瑣和貪婪，每次讀都讓我不寒而凓。聯想到100年之後的今天，還是不斷地讀到一些有關家暴和童戀癖的“文學創作”，混淆概念，不分黑白，仍然沒有超越卡羅所在那個年代的思維，難免讓我有點喘不過氣來。人類有很多美好的品德，但邪惡總是潛伏在離美好不遠的地方伺機，有時候真的懷疑人類的 integrity是不是還可以被完整地再拾起來。
至於這首寓言詩給我帶來的思索，很簡單，其一：不要輕信任何人，特別是那些道貌岸然的偽君子，就像這首寓言裏的海象；木匠雖然可憎，但他至少懶得去裝好人。其二：不可以太好奇，因為太好奇了容易惹禍上身甚至送命。
再有就是，做父母的要灌輸自己的孩子，不要讓他們像小牡蠣這樣好奇和輕信。

You will agree with me, this is indeed a horrifying story!
可戀童者有才，竟然創作出一本傳世之作。確實是好奇害死貓，一點一點著道了。。
這就是我嚴肅思考出來的，(。。。)是還沒想出解來的;)
孩子小的時候買些英文童話圖書，我先看了總是很難受，盡是偷搶殺各種陰暗暴力血腥肮髒，像bean stalk,Jack簡直就是一蠢孩子，把他媽的牛換了幾個豆。。又什麽爬上天偷金鵝蛋槌殺巨人。。。怎麽給小孩讀這些呢?
