It is different in the South. Carrot, spinach, mushroom, bean curd, dry lily flower, woodear, shredded bamboo shoot, maybe shitake, celery (even there is, very little because of the unique taste) and forgot the last one (10 total). Actually the one in this article resembles Shanghai homestyle dish "Fried Veggies".

實際上你講的那個菜,我做過。名字應該叫“十香菜”也許南北方的叫法不同。我是用十種食材,都要切成絲分別用香油炒熟後再混合在一起。放入冰箱凍上冰查兒後,再吃。非常好吃。我會在後麵介紹的。
