22天加拿大NEWFOUNDLAND遊記（序）

去年我們去了黃石公園和加拿大洛磯山各公園旅遊（MONTREAL直飛CALCARY，先驅車900公裏遊黃石，再開回來遊冰川公園，BANFF和JASPER),一路看遍了雪山，冰川，翠湖和峽穀瀑布，今年去哪玩呢？都說BANFF歸來不看湖，那我們去看海吧。不想坐飛機了，就開了自家的MINIVAN去了NEWFOUNDLAND，海洋三省以前跟旅遊團6日遊去過了，當時因為下了5天雨，隻有一天晴天，我隻對兩個景點感興趣（HOPEWELL和   PEGGY COVE）。 還想著這次沒準可以故地重遊，結果還是沒時間。

 

去之前參考了很多遊記，NEWFOUNDLAND被稱為加拿大最後的秘密，去遊玩的人不是太多，我看了不閑的遊記，PHOTOHIKER的遊記以及風的痕跡NEWFOUNDLAND掃盲篇，對我製定旅遊計劃很有幫助，他們的遊記寫得圖文並茂，非常好看，我的遊記權當是流水帳，以後想不起來這次旅行時翻出來看一看就好了。

我們最後的結果是這樣的：車共開了8258公裏。人HIKE 了90km.

 

 

Day 1 (aug 3 Saturday)   Montreal --> Acadia park (582km) 9am-5pm,camping at acadia Park

 

 

Day 2 ( aug 4  sun) Acadia park, camping in Acadia park

 

 

Day 3 ( aug 5 mon) Acadia-Cape breton park (917km), 9am-9pm,camping in cheticamp

 

 

Day 4 ( aug6 tue) Cape breton park, skyline 7km, cheticamp--north syndey( 211km), living in Syndey hotel

 

 

Day 5 ( aug7  wed)  ferry  7hours, from 6am to 4pm on the ferry, drive to Gros Morne park ( 280km), camping at Berry Hill Campground(Gros Morne)

 

 

Day 6 ( aug8  thu) Gros Morne trail. 16km, from 10am to 6:30pm, camping at Berry Hill Campground

 

 

Day 7 ( aug9  fri) Lobster Cove ,Western Brook Pond(30km), hike 6km.camping at Berry hill campground

 

 

Day 8 ( aug10 sat)  rain, car windshield is broken, fixed the car, then drive to Arches provincial park. camping at Berry hill campground

 

 

Day 9( aug 11,sun)  drive to south shore, visited Tableland trail 4km, lookout Trail 5km, drive back to Arches provincial park. camping at Berry hill campground

 

 

Day 10 (aug 12, mon) Norris point lookout, drive to St John's 637km,live in hotel.

 

 

Day 11 (aug 13,tue) Signal hill, Cape Spear, City Hall(Mile 0), Memorial University, live in hotel.

 

 

Day 12 ( aug14,wed)  rain, drive to聖瑪麗保護區（Cape St.Mary’s Ecological Reserve）then drive to Terra Nova park. Camping in Terra Nova.

 

 

Day 13( aug 15, thu) Bonasvista, Trinity, Skerwink trail 5km. camping in Terra Nova.

 

 

day 14 ( aug16 Fri) Terra Nova blue hill, Salvage, pick blue berry, Newtown, camping in Dildu Run park.

 

 

Day 15 ( aug 17 sat) Twilligate, French head –spiller cove trail 6km, little harbour trail 6km. camping in Dildu Run park.

 

 

Day 16 ( aug 18, sun) Twilligate long point lighthouse trail, hike 5km.drive to Gros Morne, camping in Trout River.

 

 

Day 17 ( aug 19, mon) rain whole day, stayed in Discovery center for one day. camping in Trout River.

 

 

Day 18 ( aug 20, tue) Green garden trail, 17.2km. camping in Trout River.

 

 

Day 19 ( aug 21, wed), drive back to港口芭絲奎(Channel-Poraux Basques , sleep on the ferry.

 

 

Day 20 ( aug 22, thu), Louisbourg, drive 600km to St John, live in hotel.

 

 

Day 21 ( aug23 fri), drive to North Conway, 600km, shopping in settler’s green outlet, live in hotel.

 

 

Day 22 ( aug 24, sat). shopping in outlet, drive back Montreal.
