1. It is a nice day for bulls with ES closed the day on an up note and printed a bullish reversal pattern. However we still need to see a confirmation tomorrow to be sure. Indicators are still bearish and the daily ES is in oversold condition. The late afternoon test of 11 support and rebound sharply could be an example of testing of supply. If tomorrow ES could pass through the 33.5 support the ST reversal will likely be confirmed. PL has officially crossed over TBL so this ST reversal should at least generate a push to the 44-49 zone for another big fight between bulls and bears.
2. 3-Hour chart showed the late afternoon test of supply and indicators have turned bullish. However PL is TBL which is near my 33.5 resistance so that it where bulls will see some selling first. If Bulls can push through that resistance we might get a PL and TBL bullish crossover which in turn could lead to a run to the TOL between 44-49.
3. RS levels: 88.5, 81.5, 77, 74, 68.5, 64, 56, 49, 44, 33.5, 28. 13.75, 03.25, 1797, 1771, 1754, 1732 and 1690.
