好吃不過餃子!
周末一大早起來忽然想吃手工做的新鮮水餃,好像讒得不行,
就要吃上才好似的,那就自立更生,自己動手吧:
餡用的是鮮蝦,火雞胸脯肉,芹菜,筍子,各四分之一

用蠔油,橄欖油,芝麻油 和薑末調好

用沒有漂白過的中筋麵粉. 和好麵後,醒20分鍾:

煮好後的餃子,很有點古老味,像兒時吃過的那種,有點chewy, 餡很新鮮啊:
