聽了他的書《Lifespan --- Why Wd Age and Why We Don't Have to》,知道他吃好幾種抗衰老保健品。因而上GOOGLE 搜索了一下,竟然看到一個詳細記錄這位教授的各種實踐的網站。
概括來講比較突出的是這幾個方麵:
1. 保健品(Supplemental Regimen) :

* Metaformin (糖尿病最經典藥物)

2. 飲食(Diet)(間隙性斷食;少肉;無紅肉;極少糖/麵包/麵食等)---這個都已經是共識
