改變世界（great shapers)的人的特征

按照Ray Dalio的說法，這樣的人同時兼有兩種不同甚至是皆然相反的特征：

1.  Big picture thinking  AND granular details

2.  Creative  AND routine (management) tasks

3.  Open-minded  AND assertive

 

此外，他們還有一些共性：

1.  Tough on people; 

2.  Typically viewed as "have no concerns for others"  (they choose their goals as opposed to pleasing others, when the two are in conflict)

3.  Very persistent on their goals

4.  The more the fail, the more they get intriged with their pursuit of their goals
