同事 Massive Heart Attack 去世

我的印度同事，星期天去BIG SUR 慶祝結婚周年，卻發生 massive heart attack 去世。

平常看著是個健康人。經常在休息室看見他吃水果。

五十三歲而已！

不過從來沒有聽見他談健身。也沒有在公司的一些OUTING中或者體育項目中看見他的身影。

估計就是個不健身的人。

我查了一下，如何知道自己會不會 suffer from massive heart attack.  看到有 cardiac stress test。是在監控的情況下做的一項測試。

但願每個有擔憂的人，都能做這項測試！

He dedicated his last decades of live in research and promotion and developed unified vitamin C theory. I strongly recommend you read his story, and so many research papers published after his death,and take high dose daily to deal with health issues you described herein; thank you, for sharing. He was a chemical engineer; your are an electrical/electronic engineer from Longxian, Shaanxi; you two have something in common. He visited China twice.
