1. POSITION LEFT TOW AT CENTER ARROW, TAKE A DEEP BREATH, AIMING AT THE 3RD ARROW FROM RIGHT. BALANCE BODY AT EACH STEP AND RELAX SHOULDER AND ARMS
2. ONE RIGHT FOOT AND BALL PUSH OUT TOWARD THE TARGET
3. KEEP THE RHYTHM, SLOW AND RELAXED, TWO DOWN, THREE BACKSWING, KEEP BODY LOW
4. FOUR FORWARD AND SLIDE LOW AND RELEASE BOWL AT 3RD ARROW FROM RIGHT.
5. TAKE IT EASY AND TAKE IT SLOW, KEEP ARM TOWARD THE BODY AND SWING IN THE GROOVE
6. RELEASE THE BALL AND MAKE SURE ARM FOLLOW THROUGH EASILY
7. PAY ATTENTION TO THE STEPS, DON'T STAY AWAY FROM THE DIRECT PATH. MAKE SURE TOE POINTING STRAIGHT AHEAD AT EACH STEP.

THE STAFF WIPED THE LANE AND GAVE ME BRUSH TO CLEAN MY SHOES, A NICE TALL GUY BESIDE US LENT ME THE SUPER-SIDE POWDER. IT ALL HELPS, BUT I WAS QUTIE NERVOUS FOR A WHILE.

FIRST DAY OF DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME,
our team is in playoff and it's tomorrow. we practiced last Thursday and today. I had average of 130's last thursday and I had a 181 today. that's so far the highest score I got.
3 small steps, focusing on left leg stability, arm relaxed
last step long and low, eyeing on the dot and follow through
GOOD LUCK TO OUR TEAM!
congratulations! our team get to the second place. I was out of town by the time the banquet held. I virtually received 200+ dollars of price, worth of two seasons of three the league payment. it was a wonderful experiences.
