joined saturday league for the first time today. had two birdies!

1. Driver aiming:

• stand behind the ball and find a spot that align with target;
• address with eyes on the spot and then make sure feet pointing at left side of the fairway;
• ball positioned inside of left heel
• swing full speed with quiet legs and soft arms/firm wrist;
• limit back swing and pause before forward swing with eyes on the ball

2. fairway wood

• ball positioned 5 inches inside of left heel
• steady legs/head
• refer to bullet 1

3. irons

• quieter legs
• eyes on the ball.
• relaxed swing

4. chipping

• in long grass, use sand wedge or 60 degree, full or half swing depend on distance to go
• back/forward swing the same distance, same speed
• weight on left foot, narrow stand

5. putting

• stand behind and find the line or break
• relaxed arms
• narrow stand
• eyes above the ball
• remember the swing distance
• remember where the cup is during swing
