回顧與夢想

我的2011是沒有虛度的一年, 所以這裏要提出表揚一下. 在2011以前的很多年, 我都是在無聊寂寞和單調的打發日子, 即使有了孩子, 我還是找不到可以放飛自己的天空. 2011我開始了自己的生意, 一開始就實現了我的市場計劃. 甚至超過預期, 很讓我興奮. 父母勞工對我的認識也提升了一個空間, 這裏我要告訴所有那些不被別人承認的人們, 不要在乎別人的懷疑, 隻有你自己知道你自己. 說服別人的最好辦法是不要試圖說太多, 直到你冷不防端出一盤牛肉.

2011年是辛苦的一年, 我為生意付出的籌備和精力, 沒有辦法和別人說. 當一些人勸我要好好保養, 別太辛苦的時候, 我隻能輕輕一笑. 這些同樣的人們, 每天聊著幻想著高收入和穩定的工作,  但卻吝嗇著付出時間, 腦力和體力.

2011是我加深對自己的認識的一年, 了解了自己的能量和優勢, 同時也明白了自己在處理人際關係, 選擇人和管理人方麵還有很多可以學習.  這一年所想所學超過我過去的很多年. 所以是值得的一年.

2012年將是擴張和完善的一年, 計劃主要放在下半年, 上半年繼續儲存人力資源和完善現有的框架, 讓它變得更有效率, 也更容易操作.
