The Sword of Mind

Mind has its enchanting but dangerous power
sometimes could not be bent
and could not be deterred
until the body was triggered into some state
We push our mind too hard
before we realize the full impact
We could talk about our past mind
and just let it go
yet we could hang on to the future mind
when it has nothing materialized
The double edge sword
cuts the present
One could never tell which way gets more of
