Winter Words

Headache for a day
not sure whether the words got tripped
they came out limping
Overslept in the morning for the first time
after more than two months
the words must have been too hype too
they seemed to hibernate along
With the piles and piles of snow in sight
the words did not feel like writing anywhere
they said blank should be kept as blank
Shopping here and there
the words did not see anything excited
so they just fell to the heels
Didn't see anything else moving except people
until much later near a little tree
two cardinals flew up when the car approached
the words only woke up for a second
and yawned for more
but never got anything
Even the sunlight was only out for no more than 5 minutes
before the sky got as dark as the words
