On the Left

I was following a lady down escalator
trying to pass her from the left
but she walked on the left
By the time I had a chance
It was already in the hallway
And she was still walking on the left
Had to pass her from the right
Make me wondering whether she was from some country
driving on the left so they walk on the left
Perhaps Marylanders have more genes
driving on the left
You will always find slow pokes
driving on the far left lane
even in the four-lane highway
