DC 郊區房子又開始瘋漲（圖）

今天到華盛頓市郊的Fairfax看Open House,感覺到房價已開到2007年的水平了。
在這個房子附近的房子（同學區，同類型）幾個月前還開在850K左右，現在開到950K了。

據說華爾街的一幫人跑到DC來幫Obama救經濟，把DC附近的房價抬上去了。
息了，暫時不買房了。

• 好區的房子跌的不多，華府區的經濟穩定失業低，估計現在有可能到底了跌的最厲害的是藍領區，老墨區。有的區跌落了60-70%，那些區才是檢便宜搶房的地方。但最便宜的大概搶得差不多了，估計也到底了。到底了不等於馬上回升。但現在可以在中等較好的地區找到比較好的DEAL。 -miat42- ♂  (187 bytes) (82 reads) 9/20/09
