1996年4月，“Heal The World基金會/世界兒童年會”的兒童大使參加在喬治亞州亞特蘭大市舉行的“兒童為先：全球論壇”，美國前總統Jimmy Carter、Rosalyn Carter、 “Carter中心”、 “救助兒童特遣隊組織”主持了會議，該會議同時由洛克菲勒基金會、Annie E. Casey基金會、世界銀行、Heal The World基金會聯合讚助主辦，將來自100個國家的360名代表齊聚一堂共同商討怎樣提高兒童生活質量的戰略議題。
1996年4月，“Heal The World基金會/世界兒童年會”的大使參加了在華盛頓特區舉行的“青年之光”會議，尋求更多合作關係以共同呼籲建立一個有著健康環境根基的社會。
