我現在讀完，自己能夠發現一些錯誤和不足（肯定不是所有的）。但由於想把每天花在這門課上的時間控製在合理範圍內，有些已知的錯也留下了。大家發現什麽問題，還請指出來，因為我自己能聽出來的錯都是相對容易改的，而自己不能發現的才是更嚴重的問題。
報告李唐，我好象找到念三字詞的“竅門”了。要是我體會的不對，任何看到這一段的人都請你告訴我。三字詞的重音通常在第一和第三字，以 many large rooms 為例，many稍拉長並略頓，然後接large，最後的rooms重音念出。
Lesson 31 Success story
Yesterday afternoon Frank Hawkins was telling me about his experiences as a young man. Frank is now the head of a very large business company, but as a boy he used to work in a small shop. It was his job to repair bicycles and at that time he used to work fourteen hours a day. He saved money for years and in 1938 he bought a small workshop of his own. During the war, Frank used to make spare parts for aeroplanes. At that time he had two helpers. By the end of the war, the small workshop had become a large factory which employed seven hundred and twenty-eight people. Frank smiled when he remembered his hard early years and the long road to success. He was still smiling when the door opened and his wife came in. She wanted him to repair their grandson's bicycle!
