材料:
湯圓麵團部分:水磨糯米粉,水,綠茶粉(或抹茶粉),可可粉,南瓜粉。
湯圓餡部分:花生,巧克力,白糖,植物油。(還可以換很多材料)
1.往糯米粉裏加水的時候,千萬注意不要一次加很多,應該一點點加,剛開始揉會感覺很幹,耐心點多揉會兒,你會發覺麵團慢慢不幹了.如果一開始加很多水,剛開始揉會感覺濕度剛好,但是等你揉成團,會發覺,麵團濕的粘在手上甩都甩不下來了.
2.這幾種顏色都是用:南瓜粉,菠菜汁,綠茶粉,可可粉做成的。
3.不同的湯圓不同的煮法:
如果是煮現做的湯圓,裏麵的餡也是熟的,那麽直接煮開水後放湯圓進去,等湯圓浮起後關小火繼續煮一分鍾左右就可以了.
如果是速凍的湯圓或者鮮肉這種生餡湯圓,那麽水滾後放湯圓進去,水再次滾起,加小半碗冷水,再煮開,再加冷水,一共加兩到三次冷水,讓湯圓始終在似滾非滾的水裏煮.最後湯圓浮起,關小火繼續煮一分鍾左右就可用出鍋了.
4.湯圓浮起後關小火煮可以避免湯圓破皮.
5.因為我這次用綠茶粉做湯圓麵團,稍稍能吃出點綠茶的清苦味,所以我給湯圓配了甜湯,也就是白糖水.

Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets, attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is an essential part of the Festival. Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will get a little gift. The activity emerged during people's enjoyment of lanterns in the Song Dynasty (960-1279). On the night, except for magnificent lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local governments will even organize a fireworks party. 哇。。一看到姐姐的湯圓,才發現原來俺的晚了一步,親們已經大快朵頤了~~~ 本來琢磨著吃了不少姐姐的好東西,拿甜甜的湯圓哄姐姐開開心,哈哈。。原來姐姐是快手~~~俺也不客氣了,坐下來跟親們一起吃~~~~

回國吃餐館,最終我都會點一個這樣的甜品~大都是酒釀圓子,園子我要帶餡的。。。好吃啊~妹妹會自己做真不簡單~
記得老人說會做參不算好師傅,會做好魚才是好師傅,會做吃喝不算是好廚子,做好園子(帶餡的大小元宵等)的才是好廚子~~~
