朗姆酒蛋糕 Rum Cake
一盒 Yellow Moisture Cake粉 (18.5 oz)
一盒 Jell-O pudding粉 (cook & serve,3.12 oz)Vanilla or Coconut
½ cup cooking oil
½ cup Rum (any kind)
6 large eggs
- Apply some cooking oil or oil spread into the cake pan to prevent the stickiness of the cake after bake.
- Pull all cake mix into the cake pan
- Mix all together with a power hand held mixer
Oven bake at 375 f for 50 – 55 minutes
Topping:
- Melt the following together:
One bar of butter (1/4 package)
½ cup of sugar (or little less)
¼ cup of water
- Then add:
½ cup of Rum
- Pull over (using large spoon) on baked cake while it’s hot
Cake should be golden and dark brown. Try not to over bake it.
