少敏的沙拉醬配方

1/3 cup of olive oil

1/3 of white wine vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey 

1 tbsp ninced garlic

2 tbsp mince ginger

2 tsp sesame oil

 

秘製沙拉醬
Mayo 一杯，生抽1/4杯，麻油1/8杯，甜酸醬1/3杯，米醋1/8杯，沒米醋其他醋也OK，蒜末一小勺，蔥末一小勺，

香菜一小勺。拌勻即可。沙拉材料大家可以自由選擇，我用過幹果，堅果，毛豆子，小紅蘿卜切片兒。
