From 5706 1) Use your kitchen knife, cut from the TIP of 栗子, one cut on each 栗子.
2) setup your oven 350 F, heat 栗子 40 minutes
3) you will see the skin of each 栗子 slipped, try one to see if they are OK, otherwise
4) heat them another 10 - 15 minutes
5) when they are well done, 趁熱一捏, skin will be separated 一整粒肉就出來了.
6) eat and enjoy
For me, it takes me 5 minutes to cut 60 to 80 栗子. Put into oven. Then,it takes me about 20 minutes to get rid of all skins after.

If they are small ones, oven time can be reduced, say 30 minutes. 40 minutes is the average time for me.
