Bull comes out hideout..

No news is a good news, especially when there is no news from financial sectors. It does not matter that the dollar continue to slide and commodities prices reach the historical high, as long as we do not hear from likes of Citi, BSC or Merril Lnych, it is considered a good day and a license to buy. That itself says a lot of where the investors\' focus are.

There are a lot of expectations for the market to go higher. So, given a chance, even there is no apparant catalyst, the bulls come from the hideout of yesterday en mass, push all indexes higher. It makes one to wonder: where are the bears ?

One day does not make a trend. and it is especially true when market is in such a jittery state. and all can be changed by a single event.

There are two earning reports tomorrow will garner a lot of attention. AIG will shed more light of subprime mess. csco will strength the notion that things in tech land is rosy. If one of them disappoint, we will see a deja vu of monday.

Other surprise could come from oil inventory, productivity and wholesale inventory. Given the market has faced much tougher economic data before, these may become a non-event.

So, we may have a quiet day tomorrow -- and that is a good thing after today\'s gain-- and we can digest whatever comes out from the earning front after the market close.

And let\'s pray there will no news tomorrow either
