Stir-Fry Bean Sprout
Ingredients:
1lb - mung bean sprouts (rinsed and drained well)
1/2 bunch-Chinese bean noodle(粉絲 cut into 3inch long with scissors)
1/4 tsp - Chinese pepper 花椒粉/花椒麵
1/3 cup - ground pork
2 tbsp - Oliver oil
2 - green onions (sliced)
2 tbsp - -soy sauce
1 tsp - apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp - salt
10-20 (optional) - Chinese Chive (韭菜 cut to 1 inch)
Instructions
1. heat up 2 tbsp Oliver oil in a frying pan on the highest temperature
2. put Chinese pepper, chopped green onions, ground pork into the pan in order
3. stir and mix till the meat changed the color
4. put 2 tbsp soy source and stir
5. (make sure the pan is on the highest temperature) pull the bean sprouts in and stir for one minute
6. put Chinese bean noodle in and stir
7. when the noodle turned to clear, pull the vinegar along the edge of the pan
8. put the salt, Chinese Chive and mix, then quickly pull the stir-fry into a plate.
Tips:
1. use the hottest burner
2. try not overcook the bean sprout
3. have everything ready before start
