叉燒肉

CHAR SIU (CHINESE BBQ PORK)

Pork: country style ribs 1lb

Source 醃漬醬料 : 紅糟醬,蠔油 oyster source 1tsp,生抽 soy source 3tbs,老抽dark soy source 1tsp,紹興酒 cooking wine 2tbs,五香粉 5 spice .5tsp,胡椒粉 Chinese pepper1/4tsp,糖 sugar.5tsp。

Marinated for over night in the refrigerator. 刷烤醬 : 花生油,糖漿。

cook: 325-350f  each side for 12-15分鍾,brush the leftover source, 375-400f each side for 5 min*.

Prepare: cut the thick part of the meat to allow seasoning in.

 

source:smased garlic 3 cloves,soysouce 2tbs,5 spices powder or Chinese pepper .5 tsb,cooking wine 2tbs.                steps:marinate the chicken legs with the source in a ziplock bag for over night in the refrigerator and Stir once to make the flavor even. Air fryer 375-400F, cook each side for 10min*.
