醜小鴨變天鵝【雙色小饅頭】

周末爬梯(爬梯改革“四菜一湯”)想露一手,挑了小小愛那可人的雙色饅頭開試,一試竟砸鍋了。爬梯在即,時不俺待,隻好趕著醜小鴨上架,端出去丟人現眼了。小饅頭雖說長的不咋的,味道卻還不錯,得到若幹朋友的追捧。俺爬梯結束時是捧著空盆子回來滴,並未給小愛師傅臉上抹的太黑。哈哈~~

這是俺端去爬梯的醜小鴨饅頭

看看是怎麽整製出來的

材料:牛奶1.5杯,糖4大勺,Bread machine yeast 1.5小勺,麵粉4杯(中筋),Chocolate syrup 2 大勺

製作步驟:牛奶先在微波爐裏加溫30秒後

與二大勺糖和Yeast一同倒入麵包機,靜置5~6分鍾

yeast活躍起來之後加入麵粉及剩下之糖,開機發麵

麵發好之後,奇粘無比,恐是沒按小愛的高筋麵方子,用的是中筋麵粉

揪出三分之一麵團,分次拌入巧克力漿

間中需不斷加入幹麵粉(大約2~3大勺)

揉成巧克力麵團

開始對付剩下的一灘粘手麵,撒下大量幹麵

竟然也給擀成了長方形,不過別指望能把這塊麵片移出去

隻好另取一張斬板,擀平巧克力麵

這團麵較幹,可以拎到白麵上

今日在家無所事事,那醜小鴨的模樣曆曆在目揮之不去,鬱悶上心頭。逐決定再拿饅頭開試。

奶量減少後操作起來得心應手(2杯麵粉,半杯加一大勺牛奶的比例)
