Help me, My Lord

 

Help me,

my Lord,

in the time of my hardship and despair;

My spirit is worn out by the pressure of life,

and the future of my livelihood is ominous;

I have come in front of you in a shame,

because I deserted you when I were prosperous and haughty;

But I know you are full of mercy and love,

and help those who come to seek for help.

 

Help me,

my Lord,

in the time of my face being black and covered with tear;

My energy is dwelling like a reservoir in a draught,

and my ability is shrinking like a balloon punched through;

I know I am not worthy of your help,

because I am a sinner, unclean in every aspect in your eyes;

But you said you love those who regret for their sins,

and forgive them if they come to your face.   

 

Help me,

my Lord,

in the time that no-one could help me;

Your glory shines on the Earth and in the Heaven,

un-comparable even from the ancient time beyond memory;

You are my ultimate helper and saver, you all mighty God;

You created the world, nursing it with your love;

You crash your enemy under your feet and reward those who are loyal to you;

 

My lord, help me please, in the time of my difficulty.

Glory to you, my all mighty Lord, forever and ever.
