一個很簡單的個案， 美國， 93歲的老公（曾是政府官員）照顧92歲的太太（博士，醫務人員），老太太癡呆，我和她呆了兩小時，她重複告訴我21遍她的經曆，問了我20遍我是誰

想想老公跟她是朝夕相處的，要重複多少遍？

還有的病人， 一輩子是好人，病到後來性格發生很大變化， 拿起輪椅扔家人， 有的病人很狂躁， 打罵家人，幻覺幻聽都可能
