Las Vegas 聖誕遊 (5) – Spa

我是Spa 愛好者。每次渡假，必光顧Spa 。在Vegas 的Strip 上，每家旅館都有Spa 。這次我試了三家：在Venetian 的Canyon Ranch ，MGM Grand Spa, 和在Planet Hollywood 的Spa 。也到Bellagio 的Spa 看了一下，但沒在那裏選擇服務項目。在Vegas 的Spa 一般都是Clothes Optional, 所以除非你選擇服務項目，不給參觀介紹（Tour ）。大概因為價格偏貴，顧客並不多。不用預約（雖然我都有預約，以防萬一）。我覺得裏麵的服務人員比顧客還多，趕上在中國了。

1 ） Venetian 的 Canyon Ranch Spa

這家在Vegas 是排名屬一的Spa ，麵積大，服務項目豐富，服務質量和效果也很不錯。不過覺得外麵比裏麵更漂亮一些。

2 ） MGM Grand Spa

這家 Spa 的麵積和服務項目略遜於 Canyon Ranch Spa ，不過應屬類似檔次，包括服務質量。它的更衣與梳裝區比 Canyon Ranch 還要好些。它的 Cristophe Salon 比在 Canyon Ranch 的 Salon 更高檔一些。這是世界名師 Cristophe 在 Beverly Hills 和紐約之後的一家新店。找Cristophe 本人做發型要五百美元，其它發型師要兩百多美元。

3 ）在 Planet Hollywood 的 Spa

這家Spa 和Salon 比前兩家更小而舊一些。不過也獲了不少獎，也有名星們光臨。服務質量也不錯。
 

4 ）在 Bellagio 的 Spa

這家外麵挺漂亮的。沒進去試過，所以無從評價。

Thanks Melly. You make me think. I felt I like spa, mainly for mental and body relaxition, as well as for skin care. I like the feeling of my body getting taken care of. For massages and wraps, it might be helpful for physical shape, but not much or obviously. I tried different wraps, some of them suppose to help shape (based on what they said), but I felt they are only skin deep. Maybe, one needs to do them frequently enough to see the results.

Spa is good for woman, mainly for how it feels, the soothing penetrates the whole body, dosn't matter what services we chose.
