HLX: CEO bought 20,000 shares @$31/share, Executive Chairman bought 70,000 shares @29.75/share
我自己稍微看了一下，這是個石油股，PE ratio是11, forward PE ratio是7, PEG ratio是0.27, 所以這是個value stock，對石油股感興趣的可以考慮買這個，而且這公司的market cap隻有3B，是很容易被take-over。我把這股票歸入value play這類。

PBY: Interim CEO bought 40,000 shares @12.87/sh, a few directors bought a lot of shares (too many). 看起來這公司不賺錢，像個turn-around play，我自己不喜歡turn-around play。但在我做了更多的研究之後，我發現這公司有很值錢的商業性地產，這些商業性地產都是在上世紀70年代左右買的，應該值很多錢，但在bookvalue上體現不出來（這牽涉到accouting方麵的知識，這裏不多說，感興趣的自己去研究）。據Citigroup的估計，這公司的淨資產值$20/share左右，可以說這公司是asset play.

注意，這兩個股票都是我的long term play, 不是trading的股票。
