奧巴馬到底是誰的總統

今天有網友傳給我一份白宮的email，是關於對一份超過10萬人的簽名的回複。這個事情源於一個黑人歌手在 youtube 上上傳了一首歌，歌詞中有鼓勵黑人搶劫華裔的內容。對於簽名這個事情，我並沒有關注。坦白說，我對於種族歧視方麵的東西不是很敏感。在我看來，馬丁路德金所謂的夢想早已在美國實現：I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.美國的法律已經製定了近乎完美、甚至可以說是苛刻的禁止種族歧視的條文。所以，我也非常不理解那些發動白宮簽名的華裔：你們是不是就是因為吝嗇自己的荷包，才發動這種免費的簽名呢？如果你們覺得這個黑人歌手的內容冒犯了整個華裔，屬於種族歧視，那麽，去法庭去！告這個歌手，告發布這首歌的 youtube. 華裔在美國屬於有錢的族裔，但是做起事情來，卻總是讓我想到葛朗台。（作者一劍飄塵，微信公眾號：yjpc21）
但是，白宮對於這件事情的回應，還是讓我非常憤怒。我們首先看看白宮回應內容：

The First Amendment protects the freedom of speech in the United States. The White House doesn't make decisions about whether particular songs are available publicly. Individual platforms determine their choice of content and the rules of participation and conduct for their sites.

簡單說吧，其實就是一句官腔十足的話：憲法第一修正案保障言論自由啊，偶白宮也無權幹涉個人以及網站發布信息的內容呐。親，偶隻負責偶們製定的政策喲！
咦，奧巴馬怎麽突然這麽謙虛了呢？隻對自己的政策發言了，不再關心社會事務了？難道是因為這次選舉實在是輸光了米歇爾的乳罩的緣故麽？好吧，網絡上有人說米歇爾是雄性呢。我以前也不敢講，這次也就大膽講一下，既然白宮說憲法修正案保護言論自由！那麽，米歇爾戴不戴乳罩，就成了問題。
一直以來，一劍飄塵都是一個言論自由的擁護者，更是法治的擁護者。這也是為什麽我這次堅定支持川普的原因：law & order。但是，白宮這次的說辭是不可接受的！無論從國家形象上，還是從執政權力上，白宮都並不僅僅是一個隻能、隻應該關注於奧巴馬政策的地方。相反，在對於社會事務的幹涉方麵，奧巴馬是曆任總統中，最猖獗的一位。不要說他認幹兒子的那種笑話了。我這裏就說一個也是有關言論自由的。2014年洛杉磯快船隊老板Donald Sterling的那次著名談話。他在和女友私下談話中，勸說女友不要帶黑人去球場看球。這個談話不要說和這次搶劫華裔的歌曲比了，後者是被發布在 youtube 這樣的著名網站上的。Sterling 的這次談話是比川普的locker room talk還要私密的床上談話。但是，奧巴馬是如何反應的呢？看看他當時對 Sterling 的評論原話：offensive racist statements（攻擊性種族主義言論）。
有沒有搞錯？Sterling 還沒有鼓勵去搶劫黑人吧？Sterling 的談話沒有放在 youtebe 上吧？不是說好的“憲法第一修正案”的麽？（作者一劍飄塵，微信公眾號：yjpc21）
我曾經在以前的一篇文章中評論過奧巴馬：內政失德，外政失策。這次白宮對於華裔例行公事的回複，隻是證明了這個人的無德而已。他這八年來的言行，把他自己定位是一個黑人的總統，伊斯蘭教的總統，同性戀群體的總統。我突然想到希拉裏競選時候說出的那個著名單詞：deplorable!我可以說奧巴馬是deplorable 人群的總統嗎？啊，我是不是有歧視啊？管他媽的呢，白宮不是說了麽：憲法第一修正案保護我們的言論自由呢！
