美國之三: 這是不是一個騙局？ （上）

上個周末，去市中心逛商場，給老婆挑中了一件裙子，比較喜歡。很不巧，老婆的號沒有了，售貨員給了我一本他們公司的Catalog ，讓我自己打電話或網上定購，這段時間Summer sales ，網上訂購不收寄費。

昨天在網上下了order，用的American Express 卡。立即收到了email 的確認， 如下：

這封信沒有任何問題。我點了裏麵的連接，是在Delias 網站上我的order ，一切都是對的。後來產生懷疑之後，我檢查了裏麵的電話，郵件地址，都沒問題。

收到這封信三個小時之後，又從客戶服務收到了一封信，要我傳真過去我的信用卡（正反兩麵）和ID ，並要持卡人寫一封證明，證明購物金額，要有簽名，一起傳真過去。來信如下：

對這封信，我覺得比較奇怪。我網上買東西不下百次，從沒遇到要求網下驗證信用卡的情況。不過，這不是兄弟第一次在美國買東西嗎？也難說人家美國有什麽特殊的政策，需要驗證一下第一次網上購物的人的卡號和ID 。更何況這封信是和訂單確認信從一個地址發來的，感覺不會是假的。

剛好我還有其他的事情要和他們商量。我下訂單的過程中，給過這個信息，東西out of stock ，要27 號才能寄給我。我30 號離開，很有可能來不及收到包裹。我就想，能不能催他們一下，讓他們提前寄給我。於是就寫了回信，提出了我的要求。很快，他們回了信，說不可以，東西沒有現貨，必須等到27 號。

我每次出差，都要給老婆買禮物。這件裙子覺得老婆一定會喜歡，所以倒也不願意cancel 了。於是和他們又交換了幾次email，讓他們把shipping address 改成留給他們的在法國的billing address。他們答應了，確認了shipping address 。這段時間是sales ，說的郵寄不要錢，寄到法國，我還擔心他們會提出郵費的事情，結果他們什麽都沒說。

其間，交換了三次email ，隻有一次又提到了傳真給他們信用卡確認的事情。如下：

給我寫信的人換了兩次，剛開始是Naomi, 然後是Allison ，然後是Jenna 。我感覺這是正常的，大公司的客戶服務，很多人在接電話，或回email ，誰拿到了，就立即處理。這個牌子也沒問題。Delias ，一個年輕姑娘服裝的品牌，在好多shopping mall 裏都有店。他們的網址是 www.delias.com 和 Store.delias.com 。

剛開始我還是有些懷疑，但在交流的過程中，這些疑慮就被打消了，或者是忘記了。在交流過程中，我答應明天給她們發傳真。

今天下午，我複印了信用卡正反麵和護照，還寫了一封confirmation 信，簽了名，去找秘書，要她給傳真過去。

秘書很驚訝。她說這是不可能的。在美國任何人都不可能要求你把信用卡的正反兩麵都給他，更不會同時還索要簽名。她說肯定是有人在網上截獲了我的訂單信息，然後和我交流，騙取信用卡號。

這也是，我以前打電話買過東西，給對方信用卡號，但從來沒有要過security code 。如果複印件給他們，security code 不就給他們了嗎？

秘書立即在網上查了delias的客戶服務電話，和確認信裏的那個電話是一樣的，讓我打電話給他們。

我打了電話，說明了我的情況，問為什麽需要傳真我的信用卡號和護照來驗證訂單。對方問了我的姓名，billing address ，密碼，確認了我的身份後，檢查了我的訂單，告訴我，我的訂單一切正常。沒有任何問題。我問了我的shipping address 是不是法國的地址，小姑娘說是。我又問了一遍，關於這個訂單，還需要我做什麽嗎，小姑娘說，不要。

我立即給前麵的email 又寫了一封信，說了情況，告訴她們我不能把信用卡傳真給她們，也告訴她們我打了公司客戶服務電話，公司確認了我不需要再做任何事情。當時是下午3 點，到現在為止，我沒有收到任何回信。

事情就這麽奇怪。地址改了，就說明前麵的email 聯係是和公司的客戶服務在交流。按道理，公司不應該網下索取我的信用卡號和簽名。訂單也是沒問題的。難道是公司內部有人在做非法的事情？前後換了三個人，也感覺不會很多人一起做這樣的事情。

是不是就是因為我是海外訂單，第一次在美國網上使用信用卡，需要驗證？有這樣的可能嗎？
