關於麵子
1)先給別人麵子自己才有麵子

2) 裏麵有這麽一個故事

用麵子引導別人的思路.

Wilson is a salesman of textile designs. For 3 months he tried to sell designs to a famous New York designer, but was repeatedly rejected.

He realized that his approach was too traditional: showing and talking about his design and trying to make a sale. His customer had egos and probably arrogance, and that made it impossible for him to sell his own design.

Later, he approached the designer again, this time with some unfinished drawings, and asked for suggestions and advice. The famous designer took a look at the drafts and found creativity in them. He then made suggestions, and Mr Wilson took good notes and later finished the design following those suggestions.

Wilson thus successfully sold his products to the famous designer. The trick: give him respect and satisfy his ego. (給人家麵子).
