目前我每次做兩組，一組包括15個仰臥起坐，8個引體向上，15個俯臥撐。

因為犯牙病了，我從5月15日開始停止鍛煉，今天我拔牙了。停幾天我又可以開始了。

家裏前院大門隻有兩個遙控器，有點不夠用，想多買兩個給老人。於是就給electrician打了個電話，一問上個門$120，後麵每小時$90,一個遙控器$80.合著加一個遙控器就要花$290.太貴了！我老人家還是自己出手吧！上google一查，有個網站叫magickey。賣remote,不過也要$60.於是我有跑到ebay上看看。WOW,看上去一樣的remote，一個香港賣家隻要$1.25,另加郵費$3.99.沒說的，郵購了！等了兩個多星[閱讀全文]

據說釣魚島附近有氣田，但目前日本是無法修海底管道去開采。反而是中國從03年開始開發春曉氣田，05進入實質開采，450公裏海底管道早已為寧波每天輸送天然氣910萬立方米。東海艦隊長期在油田海域巡邏，日本人隻有幹瞪眼的份。這次在9。18之前，抓了老詹就是想給中國一點顏色看看。這種勾當是非常的小兒科，childish.我還真不信他們能把老詹給怎麽樣了。
