My 2010 (Investment and Business) - updated

11.11.2010 -- bought QR National Shares -- I beleive it is a good investment in long term

Plan to buy more properties in K and M cities. Target 8 properies, 6 have possitive cash flow around 14%. and the other two would be capital gain orianted.

Plan to visit business parternars in the states. Need to apply Visa Wavier Program via https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

Plan to buy one more business to increase my cash flow from $350000/pa to $650000/pa.

Current investment/business income is around $650,000. I will increase it to over 1M/pa.
