集權是會改善人民生活，如果趕上明君，明相，可是集權不是唯一的渠道。而集權會帶來苦難，因為獨裁者的錯誤會帶來波及每一個人的災難，而沒有糾錯機製。老毛的幾十年，前蘇聯，二戰時的德國和日本。最近COVID，沈陽幾個月前出現10幾個新病例，結果全城人被兩次篩查COVID，天寒地凍，幾個小時排隊，隻因省市官員要保住烏紗帽。

看美語壇翻譯，學到了很多，感謝。閑聊幾句自己關於翻譯的體會。在學習提高英語的過程中，練習翻譯是提高英語的途徑嗎？我個人體會英文到了一定的成度，詞匯語法等，可以試著英文解釋英文，避免中譯英，英譯中的過程，而是嚐試全英文，讓腦中隻有英文在工作，完全擯棄中文，這樣可能會提高得更快一些，早些讓英文成為或接近成為mothertongue，英文自如後，再嚐試[閱讀全文]
