[MIAT]拿美國上次房產泡沫後期的例子來說，房市後期的典型跡象就是二三線城市房子搶瘋，那時最典型的就是亞特蘭大，ＬＡＳＶＥＧＡＳ，ＳＡＣＲＡＭＥＮＴＯ，鳳凰城，佛州開始瘋長，而最先開始的成熟大都市卻緩慢下來，後來居上的小兄弟卻生龍活虎。那時候２００６年我就發現這個情況，覺得好奇怪而引以為戒。在華府ＢＢＳ上警告大家注意房子可能到達後期。其[閱讀全文]

我也認為，石油的再次瘋狂是個時間問題，不會太遠。石油如果不瘋狂伊拉克阿富汗不救白打了，當然不會。很多人以為什麽可再生能源可能很快替代或補充石油和煤炭等原有能源，但他們不了解，能源的大規模轉移需要至少30年的周期，目前才剛剛開始，是個很緩慢的過程，根本不可能解決馬上即將到來的全球經濟恢複的需求。還有一點大部分人不明白，石油和煤炭為什麽不[閱讀全文]
