目前美國經濟環境，股票市場與房地產市場的互動和影響（三）
目前的情況看，全美各地房地產市場多數開始穩定，價格和成交量下跌線不那麽陡峭了，很多地方還有回升跡象。所以我判斷加息的腳步近了。隻要政策傾斜到加息回收流動性，房地產的價格也就是漲不動的。
