She said why encourage children to exercise, because exercise can overcome many problems that occur during a child's growth. And most importantly, it cultivates their courage and resilience. When you are very tired, you still have to run. When you feel like giving up in the last few reps, but still persevere, these are all moments when the soul is elevated. This is the best education for them. When they encounter setbacks in the future, they will not be afraid, because they have experienced these things in sports and they know their own potential.
Actually, it's the same for us, not just for children. Our lives are too comfortable, and there are very few moments when the soul can be violently elevated. Most of the time, we just pass the time on TikTok, WeChat, and laziness.
Last night, in the lower limb class, I lifted 120 pounds for the first time with a landmine deadlift, plus 35 pounds of the bar. The last few reps were really hard, and I was sweating profusely. But in fact, I am not afraid of these things, because I have experienced these moments in cycling, running, and swimming. As the saying goes, "pain is temporary, quitting is forever."

身體沒有感受過極限,靈魂是不會升華的
昨天看到這句話,是一個兒童教育學家說的。當然現在各個家很多,嗬嗬。
她說為什麽要鼓勵孩子體育鍛煉,因為體育鍛煉可以克服兒童成長時候出現的很多問題。而最重要的是,培養他們的勇氣和堅韌。很累很累的時候,你還是得跑。最後幾個rep覺得要咬牙了,但是還是堅持了,這些都是一次次地靈魂在升華。這是對他們最好的教育,以後再碰到挫折,他們都不會怕,因為他們在運動中,已經經曆過這些,他們知道自己的potential。
其實不隻是對孩子,對我們也是一樣的。我們的生活太舒適了,已經有很少能夠很粗暴的靈魂升級的時刻了,大部分時間都是抖音微信懶懶散散渾渾噩噩地就過去了。
