Walking on a thin line - red line (sensitive words), but too thin to visible, so much easy to cross the line - have you done that? in heating up, escalating debates.

Better policy:
1) give three-time warning ((In the United States, "habitual offender laws" were first implemented on March 7, 1994 and are ... The expression "Three strikes and you are out" is derived from baseball, where a batter against whom three strikes are recorded strikes out.)  On March 7, 1994, Governor Wilson signed into law AB 971 (Ch 12/94, Jones) referred to as the Three Strikes and You're Out criminal sentencing measure.

In blog posts, give the benefit of doubt, misunderstanding, - so you got "Three strikes and you are out"

2) if not follow, ID都會消失 the consequence.

隻是遲早的事，希望大家各自抒發看法，理性討論，沒必要互鬥，畢竟誰也勸服不了對方，不同意對方看法略過即可，否則ID消失劃不來。

如果你的ID突然消失，所有帖子都不見了，不要驚訝，隻要你互鬥，叫罵我們必須對雙方帖子全部刪除全部封ID，這個論壇永遠就是互相叫罵的垃圾場，請共同維護公共論壇的秩序。
