 美國的樓市：靠政府擔保房貸，兼人為壓低利息刺激經濟，從而降低借貸成本

日本的樓市：靠政府人為把利息壓到接近零來掩蓋低效率，從而膨脹起來；

中國的房市：靠城市化加經濟高速增長。

隨著經濟金融全球化，價值投資已經很難做，因為資金流動太容易。大把資金長期堆積在那裏，等著升值回報，有時很難判斷真價值。唯一能做的是，順勢而為，順勢投資。

RE is an aircraft

Its mortgage is like the aircraft's wing, your income is like the aircraft's thrust.

For a normal aircraft, the lift from its wing is about 15 times of its thrust from its engine. The wing is a level or leverage that scales up the thrust by 15 times to support the weight of the aircraft.

So is the mortgage: it is like the wing that scales up your income to support the value of your property that can be 15 times your income. The thrust helps maintains the aircraft in the air though the wing, likewise your income helps you maintain the property through the mortgage.

On the other hand, the angle of attack (AOA) is altered to increase the lift of the aircraft so that it can fly to higher altitude. Likewise, the interest rate, can be manipulated as the AOA, to increase or decrease the value of  RE, although ,in this case, the pilot is not the owner of the RE, but the central bank.
