老大心理測試結果出來了，其它都還不錯

個人能力挺強的，但有這幾個軟檔

1。喜歡單打獨鬥，遇到問題不願請示請教

2. 對領導力沒興趣。

這會不會導致不給麵試啊？他確實有這問題。公司會很在意這點嗎？
