Key to successful resolutions

While every day is an opportunity for change, New Year's day is extra special in that regard. It's a time for you to create new beginnings.

If you have made and broken resolutions in the past and don't see the point anymore, don't give up! There is something you can do to secure your success.

Successful "resolvers" create passion. You can too. Passion is created in two ways. First, your resolution must be your own. If your resolve is to please someone else, you won't be successful. Secondly, you must be able to see and feel the results. Visualize what you'll look like and feel like if you lose weight, quit smoking, or make more money. 

Whatever you resolve to do this year make it yours, see it and feel it. You'll achieve amazing results simply by infusing your resolutions with passion.

Today's affirmation: My resolutions are my own. I see and feel myself achieving them.
