為配合不願意花時間找搭檔的同學，我隨後將把原版男女聲提出來，這樣同學們可以自找搭檔，也

可以單獨練；單練的，男同學可以跟Debbi Kerr、女同學跟Cary Grant搭檔。

T - Terry

N: I brought you a present.

T: Oh. . . Thank you. I, I'm sorry I . . . don't have one for you. . . I didn't think I'd be seeing you. . .

N: That's alright. I didn't expect one. That isn't really a Christmas present.

T: Oh, that's why my letters came back. . .

N: I would have sent it to you, but I didn't know your address until today... She wanted you to have it. Remember?

N: So, Well, that's the reason I . . .

N: Goodbye, Terry. . .

T: Goodbye, Nickie.

[Nickie clears throat]

N: You know I painted you like that, with the shawl . I wish you could've seen it. Courbet said it was one of my best. . . I didn't think I could ever part with it. But, well, there was no reason to keep it any longer. And, uh, I couldn't take money for it because, well, you know -- So, uh, Courbet told me a young woman came into the gallery and, uh, she liked it.

She saw in it what I'd hoped you'd see. So I told Courbet to give it to her... Because, uh, he said she didn't have any money, and not only that, she was, uh. . . She was. . .

Anyway. . . I told him to give it to her. . .

Courbet said she wanted it so badly, and, uh, if I don't give it to her. You know. It's the, uh, Christmas season, and all that . . . And, uh, you know me. Holly in my heart.

T: Darling, don't look at me like that.

N: Why didn't you tell me? If it had to happen to one of us, why did it have to be you?

T: Oh, it was nobody's fault but my own. I was looking up. It was the nearest thing to heaven. You were there.

T: Oh Darling, don't don't worry darling. If, if you can paint. I can walk. Anything can happen. Don't you think?

N: Yes, darling, yes yes yes.
