跑步好時光

秋意漸濃：

秋天來了，天氣也變得涼爽，我們這裏早上的氣溫低到45華氏度，真是跑步的好時光。這周每天都在跑，總共是54英裏，今天完成14英裏。這周每天都是晴天，但還是有差別。這天氣的變化跟秋色一樣迷人，令人陶醉！
