During the Covid time there were food distributions in the communities. Police were there to maintain traffic. They had to be under the sun from 8am thru 2pm on the distribution day. There were 2/3 of the policemen wore the hood, neck cover, AND sleeve covers, under their short sleeves uniforms. Several of them were black men.
Obviously in your eyes these policemen are fools to protect themselves under several hours of direct sun beating down on them when they were doing their duties.
