I found the IF to be easy but I have a dilema. I could not have daily bowel movement if I do IF. I need to eat good amount of foods to have bowel movement. Does anyone else have similar dilema? How do you manage to overcome this?

早上幾口咖啡下肚,半小時之內就有反應。喝蘋果醋也行。不過,人與人不一樣,有人反應快,有人可能壓根沒反應。

IF 是限製吃飯時間段,而不是限製飲食量。你在吃的時候多吃纖維就可以了啊
