我總算也是用上了

新年跟了一個訓練計劃，要在DB， BB，KB之間來回倒騰，就把臥房的啞鈴壺鈴都拿到車庫和龍門架放一起，買了一年多的龍門架，基本都是領導在用，現在我也用上了。
