我一般用不同的dink作熱身。flat dink, top spin, slice dink, half volley dink, volley dink。然後快打。也可以快打一板接著下一板reset,或者快一板,下一板用球拍顛一次球,再快打。退遠一點可以練drop,或者drive.總之名堂還挺多。
