Receiver 帶 Network 到底是什麽意思？

我的PC 和 Receiver 分別連到 wireless 網絡，PC 和 Receiver 沒有直接相連，我在PC 上播放CD, DVD，在YouTube 上看 Video, 在“音樂快遞” 論壇聽音樂，這些（音頻和視頻）都能通過wireless傳到 Receiver 上嗎？
